Stress (in its many forms and variations) exists in the body before the mind becomes aware of it. It manifests itself in the sub-concsious and the rest of the anatomy before one „is aware“ of it.


Thus the body automatically tightens, contracts: muscles become sore, joints stiff, the digestive system cramps up and bit by bit „little accidents“ happen – a stumble here, a knock into something there, a fall, a twist of an ankle, etc. Another sign is the slow, generally progressive break down of the Immunsystem: a bit of a cough, a runny nose, a heavy chest, etc.


You can counter-act this by consciously supporting the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit via techniques such as: Mindfulness, Breathing Exercises, PMR (progressive muscle relaxation), Autogenic Training, Stress-less Tools, Mind Travel. In total, via the creation of positive images.


Fear/Uncertainty/Anxiety causes Stress and Stress breaks down the Immunsystem!


„Mental Training“ enables you to create coping mechanisms by focusing on the „here and now“, calming the nervous system, allowing „time out“ to look to yourself and strengthen yourself.
